Q: Why Morrisville?
A: I transferred here from Cazenovia College to join the Resort and Rec major. I thought it would be more fun than just the regular Business Administration program. It’s also 10 minutes away from Caz so I can still go back and visit all of my friends there.
Q: What activities are you involved in?
A: Vice President of Eta Sigma Delta (Hospitality Honor Society) and a member of IFSEA (International Food Service Executives Association)
Q: What is your favorite class at Morrisville?
A: Global and Ethnic Foods
Q: Why?
A: We choose what food we want to make, make it ourselves and eat it. We all have fun working together and Mr. Beadle makes it fun and interesting.
Q: What is your favorite place on campus?
A: Probably Brooks Hall (it’s like my 2nd home)
Q: What do you like to do in your free time?
A: Work at the Copper Turret and White Eagle Conference Center. Read, ski, ride snowmobiles and motorcycles, swim…anything outdoors and exciting.
Q: What music is on your playlist?
A: A little bit of this and a little bit of that…country, R & B, oldies, pop
Q: Where can you be found at 1pm on Wednesdays?
A: Either working at the Turret or doing last minute homework before class.
Q: What are your future plans?
A: I’ll be doing my internship here at Morrisville in conference and catering. After getting a few years of experience I hope to maybe move down south for a few years and become a meeting planner. Eventually I would like to move back to NY or out west and own my own business giving motorcycle and snowmobile tours.
